The Challenge
The inspection industry lacked efficient, safe solutions for examining confined spaces. Building inspectors, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and first responders needed a reliable way to access and assess potentially dangerous areas without personal risk.
The Solution
Founded and led UplinkRobotics as CEO, assembling a team of four co-owners to develop specialized inspection robots. Won the University of Wyoming Ellbogen $50K Entrepreneurship Competition, securing $31K in initial funding. Orchestrated all aspects of the business including engineering development, marketing strategy, sales operations, and business growth.
